Fringe On Demand Ticketing Policy

The Calgary International Fringe Festival Society (the Calgary Fringe) is committed to accessibility and inclusion. Our Fringe On Demand program is designed to ensure patrons unable to attend the Calgary Fringe Theatre Festival (Festival) in person have the opportunity to watch pre-recordings of some of our live performances taken during the opening weekend of our Festival. To protect the integrity of this program, the following conditions apply:

Purpose of Fringe On Demand

Fringe On Demand tickets are intended for patrons who would otherwise be unable to attend the Calgary Fringe Theatre Festival in person. The video links of the Festival are solely for the expressed access of those individuals who have purchased Fringe On Demand tickets. As such, it is agreed and understood by those patrons that the video links are NOT to be shared with anyone. Failure to follow this rule will result in further actions being taken (see CONSEQUENCES OF MISUSE below).

Booking Rules

**1. Fringe On Demand tickets may be booked in advance.
**2. Fringe On Demand video links may only be accessed by those patrons who have booked Fringe On Demand tickets for specific performances.
**3. Patrons have until end of day Sat Aug 15 to access the On Demand video link(s). After that time, the video link(s) will be rendered inactive.

Consequences of Misuse

Fringe On Demand video content is the property of the artist/company whose show performance was recorded. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution of any Fringe On Demand videos without express written permission is strictly prohibited. Misuse of the program will be documented and result in loss of Fringe On Demand access.

**1. First incident will result in a verbal and written warning.
**2. Continued misuse will result in a written warning, suspension of Fringe On Demand access for the current Festival year.
**3. Severe or repeated misuse will result in a permanent ban from Fringe On Demand viewing access.

Patrons may be required to pay the standard ticket price for Fringe On Demand bookings. In cases of repeated abuse, the Calgary Fringe reserves the right to issue an invoice for tickets reserved under the Fringe On Demand system at the full ticket price.

Calgary Fringe Authority

All decisions regarding Fringe On Demand misuse will follow the above guidelines in accordance with the Calgary Fringe Board rules and regulations. These decisions are binding and final. Patrons who attempt to attend after a ban will be refused entry. These measures protect access for patrons with financial barriers and support fair revenue for self-producing artists.
