'There is no present or future, only the past, happening over and over again, now.' - Eugene O’Neill.
Dreams dashed, a marriage in ruins: Before Breakfast is a poignant story of love & heartache, life & death. Charlotte (Forman) is haunted by her past as she toils to save her marriage to Alfred, a character based on playwright, Eugene O’Neill, himself. Previous NFP fringe shows including The Telephone Opera and StarBach’s: The Coffee Cantata received multiple ★★★★ reviews with “power house vocals” for Forman. Composer Thomas Pasatieri has a “…knack for melody, mood-setting, and above all, rewarding vocal effects.” (Opera News).
