Lantern Community Church (1401 – 10 Ave SE)

PERFORMANCE VENUES – access to the Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall venues is through the grey door along the west side of the church (the side towards downtown Calgary). The church was originally built in 1912.

Fellowship Hall (basement):

**Raised stage performance area
**Private washrooms, wheelchair accessible
**Air cooled

Sanctuary:

**High vaulted ceilings
**Stain glassed windows
**Raised stage performance area
**Ceiling fans present, however, this venue is not air conditioned and can get hot during the summer months. It is recommended patrons bring hand fans to keep cool.

MOBILITY ACCESS – full mobility access; wheelchair lift available to take patrons to the Fellowship Hall or Sanctuary venues from the outside sidewalk on the west side of the church. If you require wheelchair lift access, please contact boxoffice@calgaryfringe.ca to let us know what performance you are attending and when.

SEATING –

Fellowship Hall (basement):

Seating capacity is 65. Padded folding chairs on venue floor, with extra room to accommodate for mobility chairs and electric scooters.

Sanctuary:

Seating capacity is over 200. Wooden pews in semi-circle along the front of the main stage. Room to accommodate for mobility chairs and electric scooters.
