PERFORMANCE VENUE – Theatre 1308 is an intimate performance and arts venue in Calgary that has become a vibrant gathering place for independent artists, musicians, theatre creators, and multidisciplinary performers. Established in 2019, the venue is known for supporting local and emerging talent by providing an accessible, flexible, and welcoming space for creative experimentation and live performance. Theatre 1308  Is located in the vibrant Crescent Heights area just outside downtown Calgary.

This Building Includes:

**Public Gender-Neutral Washrooms.
**Air Conditioned.
**Concession with beverages and lights snacks available for purchase.

PARKING – Parking lot at the rear of the building. Access via the alleyway. Please observe signed parking restrictions on south side of back lot. (Note: the adjacent parking lot directly to the north is a paid lot and issues tickets on a regular basis!)

**Street parking on 13th Avenue NE. No restrictions.
**Street parking on 12th Avenue NE on weekends or weekdays after 6pm.
**Two-hour street parking on Edmonton Trail NE on weekends.

MOBILITY ACCESS – full mobility access including wheelchair friendly elevator.

SEATING – Seating capacity is 75 on padded banquet chairs with room to accommodate mobility chairs and electric scooters.
